Cosmai Residence is located in Dubrovnik on Lapad peninsula, just 10 meters from sea in residential area in old stone house. Just in front of the property there is a traditional Yacht club Orsan with Restaurant Orsan, bus stop (200m), grocery store (50m), jogging trail (10m), Promenade Uvala Lapad (500m), Old Town (3km) and numerous beaches (200-1000m). Entire property was renovated in May 2015 combining traditional construction with modern design.

Naša draga gošća, Weronika iz Poljske, sjedala je kod Velike Onofrijeve fontane te slučajno ostavila svoj mobitel. Buduci da je Weronika putovala sama, taj mobitel bio joj je jedino sredstvo komunikacije, bila je očajna.
Srećom, naš dragi i pošteni Mirso je pronašao mobitel te se potrudio nazvati Weroniku i vratiti joj ga. Bravo 👏

Mirso troubadour - the legend of the City!

Our dear guest, Weronika from Poland, was sitting by the Great Onofrio's Fountain and accidentally left her mobile phone. Since Weronica was traveling alone, that cell phone was her only means of communication, she was desperate.
Luckily, our dear and honest Mirso found the cell phone and made an effort to call Weronika and return it to her. Bravo 👏
