Beautiful Dalmatian old stone house is for sale!
Location:
The house is in the historic center if Kaštel Sucurac, the first of the seven late castles between Split and Trogir, right on the beach, first raw to the sea.
Split is 13 minutes by train, 15 minutes by bus or car, however during high season the train is the best option!
Split airport is 15 minutes by car or by bus.
Renovation:
We have started the planning two years ago, as the old city centre is protected, we had to obtain special license from the Conservation Bureau. The works were done according the permission, using special materials, wooden windows, re-creating original stone work and also the Roman tiles for the roof.
Complete insulation was done to protect the water damage. New water and electricity system was installed, with new central air conditioning. All windows, doors and gates are new.
The House:
The unique feature of the house is the 40 sqm terrace facing the sea and the small yard .
The house has three apartments: two one-bedroom apartment (42 and 40 sqm, + 14 sqm storage space) on the first floor and a 4+1 bedroom apartment (142 sqm) on the first floor and on the second floor. Every bedroom has in-suite bathrooms.
Other features:
There is free parking on the streets and sewage is built up in the area. (Not everywhere in Croatia!)
There are several cafes, shops, restaurant and beaches within 200 m proximity of the house.
For GOT fans: several seens were shoot nearby, in Split and the beautiful Kaštel Gomilica.
