Glavni objekt Ville u prizemlju se sastoji od moderne prostrane kuhinje, blagavaonice sa stolom za 10 osoba, dnevnim boravkom te kupaonicom. Iz same blagavaonice dolazi se na natkrivenu terasu koja je idealna lokacija za jutarnju kavu ili popodnevni odmor s pogledom na bazen i okolicu. Na katu glavnog objekta Ville nalaze se 4 prostrane spavaće sobe te 3 kupaonice, od čega je jedna sa velikom kutnom kadom i perilicom za rublje. Naravno, sve spavaće sobe imaju direktan pogled na bazen i vrhunski uređen okoliš. Cijela Villa je klimatizirana i posjeduje kvalitetne grilje koje štite od popodnevnog sunca. Mlađi gosti i oni koji se osjećaju tako, na raspolaganju imaju PlayStation4 kao mogućnost zabave u Villi. Takodjer, svaki TV ima satelitski priključak i veliki izbor programa. WiFi signal je dostupan u cijeloj Villi, ostalim objektima a samim time i u predjelu oko kuće. Uz sve navedeno, Mesh pojačala osiguravaju dovoljno jaku pokrivenost na bazenima te sunčalistu. Pomoćni objekt se nalazi uz samu Villu i služi za cjelodnevno druženje. Veliki roštilj i TV omogućuju Vam uživanje u raznovrsnim kulinarskim specijalitetima te najdražim emisijama ili sportskim kanalima. Obzirom na potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i WC prilikom boravka u pomoćnom objektu niste vezani za odlazak u Villu ako to sami ne želite.Velika klizna staklena vrata otvaraju pogled na bazen, dok dodatna prostorija nudi mogućnost zabave kao što su - stolni nogomet, pikado ili biljar kao idealni bijeg od popodnevnih vrućina. Bazen se sastoji od dva djela te je zamišljen da ‘veliki’ kao i ‘mali' gosti podjednako mogu uživati. Manji bazen ima dubinu od 40 cm i prelijeva se u veliki bazen veličine 10x5m. Oba bazena su priključena na dogrijavanje tako da je temperatura bazena ugodna u bilo kojem trenutku sezone. Uz bazen na raspolaganju je i vanjski tuš kao obavezan dio uživanja. Tik do bazena nalazi se i sunčaliste sa svim dodacima potrebnim za ugodan odmor, a uz to imate i mali kutak sa unikatnom sjedećom garniturom za dvije osobe, ako se odlučite za razgovor nasamo ili samo jednostavno želite uživati u popodnevnoj kavi ili koktelu. Okoliš kuće je velik i prekrasno uređen te pruža mogućnost za razne sportske aktivnosti. Pod stablima hrastova u hladovini na raspolaganju imate stolni tenis, mini golove za nogomet, badminton te veliko boćalište. Die Villa Dalmatian Pearl liegt im Inland von Dalmatien, in der Nähe des Ortes Poljica bei Imotski. Das 16000 Quadratmeter großes Anwesen ist größtenteils mit Natursteinmauern eingefasst, mit einem elektrischen Rolltor von der Straße abgesichert und mit 80m Luftlinie bis zu ersten Nachbarn bietet es maximalen Sichtschutz für Ihre Privatsphäre. Das Hauptgebäude bietet im Erdgeschoss eine modern und großzügig eingerichtete Küche, sowie einen komfortablen Wohnbereich für bis zu 10 Personen und ein Bad. Durch die große Glasschiebetür gelangt man nach außen zu einer einladenden Veranda, wo man gemeinsam den Kaffee oder leckere Cocktails genießen kann. Über die Innentreppe gelangen Sie in den 1. Obergeschoß mit vier großzügigen Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern. Einer der Bäder ist mit einer großen Eckbadewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer haben den ungestörten Blick auf den attraktiven Pool wo Sie während der Sommerhitze immer die Erfrischung finden. Das gesamte Objekt ist klimatisiert und die qualitativ hochwertigen Fensterläden schützen Sie vor der Mittagssonne. Die jüngeren Gäste haben eine PlayStation4 zur Verfügung. Wenn ein Wunsch nach gemeinschaftlichen Freizeitspielen aufkommt finden Sie im Nebengebäude auch einen Raum mit Billard und Tischfußball. Ein großer, zweiteiliger Pool bildet den Mittelpunkt der Villa. Dieser kommt mit seiner tollen Beleuchtung besonders in Abendstunden zu Geltung und ist ein Blickfang. Damit die ganz kleinen Gäste ebenfalls den Badespaß genießen können hat der kleinere Pool eine Wassertiefe von 40 cm. Die Erwachsenen genießen die Abkühlung in dem großen 10x5m Pool. Pool besitzt eine Zusatzheizung, um jederzeit die gewünschte Temperatur sicher zu stellen. Das stilvoll eingerichtete Anwesen bietet viele Möglichkeiten für die Freizeitaktivitäten. Im Schatten der Eichenbäume liegt ein großer Bocciaplatz sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Ein Fußballplatz und Badminton Feld runden die sportlichen Möglichkeiten ab. Die Kinder werden vom Kinderhaus mit Schaukel, Trampolin und Rutsche begeistert sein! Liebhaber guter Bücher finden auch einen Platz wie sie in Ruhe die Bücher lesen können oder einfach dem Vogelgesang lauschen können. Das gesamte Anwesen mit vielen jungen Olivenbäumen, Lavendel und anderen Blumen atmet in typischem dalmatinischem Flair. Villa Dalmatian Pearl is located near the place Poljica, Imotski. Located on a private estate of 16.000 m2 and offers an environment of peace and quiet with maximum privacy. Your privacy is protected by handmade stone walls and rolling gate toward the street, so the first neighbors are 80 meters air distance away. The villa consists of two buildings and two garages for your cars. On the ground the main building of the Villa consists of a modern spacious kitchen, dining room with table for 10 people, living room and bathroom. From the dining room itself you can reach the verandah which is an ideal location for morning coffee or afternoon rest overlooking the pool and the surrounding area. On the first floor of the main building of the Villa there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a large corner bathtub and a washing machine. Of course, all bedrooms have a direct beautiful view to the pool and top decorated environment. The whole Villa is air conditioned and has quality blinds that protect from the afternoon sun. Younger guests and those who feel like it, have at their disposal the PlayStation4 as a possibility of entertainment in the Villa. Also, each TV has a satellite connection and a large selection of programs. WiFi signal is available throughout the Villa, other facilities and thus in the area around the house. In addition to all of the above, mesh amplifiers provide a sufficiently strong coverage at swimming pools and sunbathing areas. The subsidiary building is located next to the Villa and serves for hanging out all day. Next to the pool there is a sun deck with all necessary accessories needed for a pleasant holiday, also, you have a small corner with a unique seating area for two people, if you decide to talk alone or just want to enjoy an afternoon coffee or cocktail. The environment of the house is large and beautifully decorated which provides the opportunity for various sports activities. In the shadow under the oak trees, you have at your disposal table tennis, mini football goals, badminton and a large bocce court. If you are not into outdoor sports, we have provided you a bench in the shade if you want to relax or just enjoy in reading a good book. Smaller children can enjoy a wooden house with a slide and swings, while for the more active there is a large trampoline on which they can spend their extra energy. The environment is decorated in Dalmatian style with lots of lavender, rosemary, immortelle and other flowers with a beautiful scent, also, there is a young olive grove that will offer virgin olive oil in the future.
