Dear athletes, recreationalists and outdoor exercise lovers, the season 2019 in the Activity Center Krk has started!
ACK has open it’s doors and it’s plan is to entertain you with sport programs which our domestic trainers prepared for you for this season so you can enjoy from morning to night hours during the next 3 months.
In the morning from 7.15 - 8.00 am (8.30 yoga) you can enjoy the combination between Yoga and Body balance sessions. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you can treat your body with Yoga by performing positions (asanas) that balance your body and mind by combining breath, stretch and static techniques for optimal kick start of your day.
Body balance consists of rehabilitation fitness elements that develops mobility, movement control and stability, muscle strength and endurance, and is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Combining these programs through every day is an ideal combination for a antistress start of your day, so treat your body with this nice day kick start. Yoga is held by coach Svjetlana Radovcic while Body balance is maintained by our coach Nives Sokolovski.
In the evening at 19-20 pm through Monday, Wednesday and Friday we prepared Fat Burn program directed by coaches Valentina Krajinović and Vito Balorda, high intensity training with the emphasize on cardio and basic strength moves with your own bodyweight. Be ready for one hour long training in which you will lose tons of calories and get some awesome pump for the beach, all by manipulating with your own body. No basic training knowledge is required, group classes are open for everyone!
HIIT is high intensity interval training. It is performed alternately in periods of work and rest or light activity in combination of strength and endurance exercises with or without equipment for the entire body. So at the same time we burn calories and develop strength, so this training can be attractive to everyone regardless of their level of training. The training is somewhat shorter than the rest of programs because the stages of rest and work are changing very quickly. Head coach is Valentina Krajinović and schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19-20 pm
And for the perfect end of the day to get rid of excessive stress before going to bed, coach Vito Balorda prepared a program called Functional Cross Training. It will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 20-21 pm. This program is based on basic crossfit moves. There will be some basic strengthening exercises like squats, lunges, thrusters, deadlifts, bench presses and overhead presses. Also, there will be some gymnastic movements, like pull-ups, push-ups, toes to bar, handstand walks, etc. Moreover, there will be some cardio stuff, like running, jumping, rowing, etc. All trainings will have scaled options, so trainings will be adjusted to various athletes, but, still some basic lifting knowledge is required – at least you have to know how to squat and deadlift.
In addition to scheduled programs, members of the club will be able to use professional equipment from 8.00 am to 22.00 pm or attend personal coaching training along with some other interesting offers we have in the box for you this season.
