On the first floor you have big and spacious kitchen with all appliances and dinning room with fireplace. On the first floor you also have small bathroom and wine room with stairs leading to second floor. Second floor contains large living room with TV and amazing view across Adriatic Sea. Living room has posibility to turn into bedroom. On second floor there is also beautiful bathroom, and big terrace with roof. Third floor contains two bedrooms, one twin room and one double room with amazing sea view. All rooms are equipped with air condition! Guests have full access to the house, and guests can visit beach which is only 10 minutes walking. The beach is not accessible by car.
