Villa Duda Villa Duda is surrounded by nature that offers great deal of privacy with spectacular sea view. We o Guests can relax in the patio or on the sunny terrace.

Villa Duda is set on the outskirts of the village Poljica just 9 km from the UNESCO-protected historical town Trogir. Duplex apartments offer all the necessary amenities for a self-catering stay; including air-conditioning and Wi-Fi access. Its specific location, being surrounded by nature, offers privacy for its guests. On the first floor, apartments feature a living room with a seating area, sof

a bed and flat screen TV, a spacious and well equipped kitchen with a dining space and a private bathroom with shower. Terrace with spectacular sea-view is accessible from the living room. Second floor of the apartments is designed as a sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, each with fully equipped bathrooms and TVs. Villa Duda offers a number of additional services:
o Located 4km from the public beach in the traditional fishing village of Marina, Villa Duda offers its guests access to beach below (doggy door ensures safety of your pets) as well as the use of an outdoor pool. o Barbecue facilities and a children’s playground are at guests’ disposal. o Free parking is offered on site and shuttle service to and from airport can be arranged on request for an additional cost. o Villa Duda is PET FRIENDLY – Luna, our adopted seems-like-labradoodle- is a permanent resident of the facility. A marketplace with fresh groceries and fish market, as well as a cash machine, can be found in the village centre, about 500 metres away. Bus Stop is on the main road just above the centre. Distance to Split is 35 km, while Trogir (9km) and Primošten (24km) offer a variety of gastronomy and nightlife content in closer proximity to Villa Duda. Apartment highlights

Open that bottle in the warmth of your own home, hug you loved ones, and raise a toast for the end of this horrid 2020. We have suffered fires, social distancing, fear, and earthquakes. However, we have not been robbed of our hope in better tommorrow, and we have, out of spite, shown humanity and closeness. We raise our glass with a smile on our faces and hope in our hearts!
