Apartment Makora 99 is unusually spacious, with its 99 m2, and has very pleasant light in all the rooms, due to orientation on south and west.
You can literally watch the Kvarner Gulf while lying in the master bad: from the Island of Krk, Cres to Opatija and the mountain Učka.
The wind called ‘tramontana’, which blows from northwest from the Učka slopes is bringing us night freshness even at hottest summer time, because it start 20 minutes from sundown, and blows until the first daylight hours. You will love this, I promise!
During winter this apartment has both air condition and central heating.
Living room is comfortable, connected to kitchen and dining room, and large dining tables are both inside and outside, on the terrase. Of course, the terrace is also with the seaview!
The kitchenette is equipped with all the usual accessories, including microwave oven, which has been equipped for all six persons.
The master bedroom is the main room, with its 25 m2.
The second bedroom has two separate comfortable beds, both for adult persons.
For the fifth and sixth person we will make bed from sofa in the living room, and the dimension of that bed will be 150x200 cm.
You will notice that there are no cabinets in this apartment. That is because it has large wardrobe for the convenience of all our guests.
The bathroom has Bath tub, bidet, toilet and the sink.
Entrance hall is quite spacious, too. You can check your look quite nicely.

Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining table and bathroom are comfortably distributed in 66 m2, of which 15 m2 is beautiful terrasse, surrounded with green plants and overviewing the Gulf of Kvarner.
This apartment is east and south oriented, and maybe you will not need to turn the air conditionon, even on the hottest summer days, because the space is naturally pleasant. Of course, aircondition is on you disposal, for cooling or for heating. All of the furniture is new, and very well customized for Your habitation in this space during your holidays.
Master bedroom is equipped with large bed of 160x200 cm, and spacious cabinet.
The second bedroom has two separate comfortable beds, both for adult persons, and cabinet. Room window is looking to our garden, and early morning birdsong is guaranteed.
Comfortable sofa is for Your leisure moments after active day on Opatija beach, an excursion inour interesting surroundings, or some business meeting in nearby town of Rijeka.
The kitchen is very good and modernly equipped and if you prefer to cook your own meal, you will find everything you need. Many of our guests enjoy shopping at green and fish market in Opatija or Rijeka. Our recommendation is to visit the Market place near the sea and port in Rijeka, even if you finish the visit in some good restaurant!
The dining table is large enough for great dinner, and can be expand further more, and the table at the terrace is also appropriate for dinning or coffee break in your own privacy.
Large mirror in the entry hall is for your ‘last check’ before going out in your own and unique Kvarner adventure
