The space
The house is surrounded by a charming garden filled with flowers and the romantic scents of jasmines, roses, lavenders, sages, oleanders... In the end of August and in the beginning of September you can taste the figs and grapes which grow just in front of the house. Another thing that is not to be left out is the magnificent barbecue on which you can roast the delicious, first-rate adriatic fish, vegetables or meat. You can enjoy your meals outside; underneath the magnificent centennial fig. The courtyard has two entrances, one leading to a private parking with enough room two cars. The house is immersed in the garden. Through the opened windows and doors you can still feel surrounded by the 200m2 garden from the comfortable inside of the house. Upon entering, you find yourself in a spacious kitchen complete with a big dining table. An ideal place to enjoy your meals or have a relaxed conversation accompanied by a glass of wine, no hurry, you’re on a vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped (including an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a fridge) and ready for you to prepare a wonderful and delicious meal in it. A spiral stairway leads to a gallery complete with two beds. From the kitchen you enter a wonderfull, big living room designed for relaxation, reading etc. The room is furnished with antique closets, ancient chest and paintings on the walls which are all part of the house and its past. At the far end of the living room, a stairway leads to two bedrooms. Comfortable beds, nice bedclothes and the scent of lavender will allow you to have a restful night sleep. Through the bedroom windows a part of the Medulin bay is visible. Both bathrooms are on the ground floor. The bigger one has a washing machine. We also have two air conditioners and free Wi-Fi available not only all around the house but also in the garden. We also warmly recommend you visit the rest of our majestic peninsula and its cities and small towns full of life and history. It’s our wish that your stay is as comfortable as possible and that the time you spend in our house is most enjoyable. The house is arranged in such way that you feel like home, like you already know it, because every detail is set for a domestic atmosphere. Medulin is a small town, so everything you need can be found within a 10 to 20 minutes walking distance (this includes the beach). On the boardwalk and promenade you will find many restaurants, bars, pastry shops and souvenirs, and also a lunapark.
