He house was built and categorized as a 4* studio apartment. Access to the house itself is asphalt road from Milna to the Osibova bay. The road is approximately 1500m long and 3-4 meters wide with several widenings which make passing of the vehicles easier. The rest of the road (cca 500m) is well made macadam road that is cemented on few stages. The house sits at the end of an impasse. Guests have

massive terrace with big wooden table, chairs and deck chairs at their disposal. Also, on the terrace, there is big handmade fireplace which can be used for barbecuing. House also has 2 parking spots and 300m2 of infield. Relatively small distance from the center of Milna gives the guests fairly easy access to cultural and amusement events, and at the same time Osibova bay gives you quiet and peaceful vacation filled with smells of the Mediterranean. In the vicinity of the house there are numeral paths through olive groves and pine forest that are suitable for peaceful walks or bicycle rides. The nearest beach is 70 m away from the house (rocks and cemented plateaus) and the nearest gravel beach is 250-500 m away. Apartment is categorized for two persons, but is suitable and equipped for comfortable accommodation for maximum of four persons. Bedroom is equipped with full size bed, and the living room is equipped with couch that can be made into bed for two persons. Whole house area is air-conditioned, and bedroom has ceiling fan installed.
