The woman who somehow keeps everything and everyone together. The one without whom Pine Tree simply wouldn’t have the soul it has today.

Ane has an incredible love for life, the energy to do a hundred things at once, and still somehow always has time for the people she loves. She’s the person you can always lean on, the one who knows exactly what to say at the right moment, and somehow manages to be incredibly warm and incredibly strong at the same time.

Pine Tree wouldn’t be Pine Tree without you, but more importantly, our family wouldn’t be the same without you!

Our menu is never set in stone. We cook with what’s fresh, local and available, which right now means homemade pasta with freshly caught lobster, tomahawk with roasted potatoes and vegetables straight from our garden, or the catch of the day prepared simply, the way it should be.

And our favorite part? Waiting for that final feedback from the table: “We’re full.” Because at Pine Tree, leaving hungry simply isn’t an option!
