The apartment is located in the quiet and peaceful area of Novigrad city just 15 minutes walking distance from the Novigrad city and 7 minutes so far beach Hotel Maestral. With a car is much less. The luxury, new and fully equipped apartment has

been made in the style of old autonomy typical Istrian houses from 1892. The apartment has 60 m2 with modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with big sofa bed, 1 large bedroom with comfortable king double bed, bathroom and two (2) private parking. Covered by wireless internet, satellite TV, air-conditioned, this place can sit both visitors in seeking for well deserved vacation and tranquility as well as those visiting Novigrad on business. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen, completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. Additional activities in the vicinity:

1. Restaurant Crnogoraz (the owner is the world Olympic champion in shotgun, Mr. Giovanni Crnogoraz) - 200 m distance from the apartment
2. Organized excursions 2 km with boats
3. Exchange office and post office 2 km
4. Beaches and the sea:
- Distance from the closest beach is 500 m,
- Beach type: sand/small gravel, Pebble beach, Rocky beach, Beach with concrete terraces, Beach is suitable for children, Deck chairs are available on the beach, Beach bar, Restaurant on the beach, Showers on the beach, Changing cabins is located on the beach, Possibility to rent a pedal boat, Jet ski, Sea promenade.
5. Disco and night club:
- City of Novigrad: high level chill out bar "Vitriol" – 2 km, disco and night bar "Element" – 1 km, beach bar Waikiki etc.
- The city of Umag: in July is performing the ATP tournament Umag where are joining all top ranking tennis players. – 15 km so far from apartment
- City of Poreč – luxury disco house club "Byblos" – 20 km, disco and night club "Saint and Sinner" – 15 km

Guest Access
The location cannot be better, only few minutes walking to the beach and sea and enough so far from noise that you cannot escape into the city of Novigrad. Our guests can use everything that is in the apartment. No smoking inside the apartment. Interact with Guests
