Located at about 500 meters from the beach, enclosed in the utmost tranquility and the scent of the surrounding mediterranean vegetation, the house is comprised of two modern apartments, a garage, a backyard and a marvellous terr

The ground-floor apartment is comprised of a large 30 sqm bedroom (sleeps 4), LED TV, AC, an external veranda which can be totally closed so that it becomes an additional sleeping area with a comfortable IKEA sofa-bed (sleeps 2), a spacious bathroom, a lounge area, a small kitchen (fitted with a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker and french press), a gorgeous new terrace and the big garden ideal for kids. Kuca Sunce vuol dire 'La casa del sole' e descrive perfettamente la radiosità, lo splendore ed il calore sia della casa stessa che dell'ambiente circostante. Situata a 500 m circa dalla spiaggia ed immersa nella più totale quiete ed il profumo della macchia mediterranea circostante, la casa è composta da due appartamenti moderni, un garage, un ampio parco ed una meravigliosa terrazza con vista sul mare e sulle isole di Brioni. L'appartamento al PT è composto da un ampio locale di 30 mq (con 4 posti letto suddivisi tra un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto), TV LED, Aria condizionata, un bagno spazioso, una veranda che si può totalmente chiudere diventando una zona notte con un divano-letto IKEA per due persone, una zona lounge, una piccola cucina (dotata di frigorifero, bollitore, french press e moka), una fantastica terrazza e l'ampio giardino ideale per bambini.
