The house has two kitchens and a small living room with an authentic Istrian fireplace. There is also a large living room (7x6m) that can be used as a conference room or for similar activities. Three terraces with a breathtaking view of the Istrian coast are smartly distributed on all levels and sides of the house. Tavern for evening entertainment, a barbecue and a large garden surrounding the house (300m2) where one can relax, sunbathe, play sports etc are crucial elements of a relaxing vacation. Besida is situated at the end of the village and surrounded by olive trees and lavender fields. The Pula airport is only 20min driving from the vilage. The village is lightly populated (around 100 inhabitants), regardless, there is a bar and a local shop. You can reach semi private beaches with magnificently clear water by car through the woods in less than 10 minutes drive.
