The climate is perfect for people who have problems with chronic lung disease, because in this place, mixed three types of climate: sea, continental and mountain. Jede Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer, die Insel Cres. in der Nähe der Fähre Hafen Brestova, die das Festland mit der Insel Cres (Brestova - Porozina) verbindet. Das Klima ist ideal für Menschen, die Probleme mit chronischer Lungenerkrankung haben, denn an diesem Ort, gemischt drei Arten von Klima: Meer, und die Berge. Bei uns ist sehr komfortabel und frisch den ganzen Sommer. Der Strand ist ca. 1 km. Wir sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und Tschechisch. Apartmány "Zlatica" se skládá z 6 apartmánů. Každý apartmán má terasu s výhledem na moře, ostrov Cres. v blízkosti trajektového přístavu Brestova, který spojuje pevninu s ostrovem Cres (Brestova - Porozina). Klima je ideální pro lidi, kteří mají problémy s chronickým onemocněním plic, protože v tomto místě, smíchá tři typy podnebí: moře, kontinentální a na hory. U nás je velmi pohodlné a svěží po celé léto. Na pláži je cca 1 km. Mluvíme anglicky, španělsky a česky
