Každý apartmán má terasu s výhledem na moře, ostrov Cres. v blízkosti trajektového přístavu Brestova, který spojuje pevninu s ostrovem Cres (Brestova - Porozina). Klima je ideální pro lidi, kteří mají problémy s chronickým onemocněním plic, protože v tomto místě, smíchá tři typy podnebí: moře, kontinentální a na hory.
