Two parking spaces are situated in the yard, covered by a pergola. The villa consists of the ground floor and 1st floor. There is an open space between the kitchen and dining room for eight people and living room with fire...place. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has an exit to the terrace, from which a view onto the yard extends. The second bedroom also has a yard view and, between them, there is a bathroom with a shower bath. The third bedroom has a separate external entrance from the terrace, as well as a bathroom with a shower bath. On the 1st floor, there is one more bedroom with a bathroom with a bath tub. The bedroom has an exit onto a balcony, which has a view of the yard and olive grove.
