The stunning modern Villa A is located in Fazana, just 100 meters from the beach and has an impressive infinity pool overlooking the sea. The interior features a clean, modern design and a very warm style that gives you a feeling of paradise.
With a total living space of 360 m2, it can accommodate up to 8+2 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It has 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four of these have a double bed and one has two single beds that can be connected if necessary. On the ground floor you will be enchanted by a modern, bright open living room with a modern, spacious fireplace and a view of the pool and garden.
The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the villa there is a gym and sauna.

Villa Babudri is located in the small town of Babudri, near Visnjan. With a total of 220 square meters of living space, it offers space for up to 10 people.
The two-story villa is furnished in a rustic design and offers a lot of comfort and relaxation. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Nalani

Villa Nalani is a beautiful villa and can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a high level of comfort for a relaxing holiday in a dreamlike environment.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an open living and dining area with a kitchen and access to the outdoor area, a bathroom and a sauna where you can relax on cool evenings.

Guests can relax in a total of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have their own terrace with a fantastic view. On the roof of the villa there is a spacious terrace where you can not only unwind in the in-house whirlpool, but also enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view. It is located in Rakalj, a small village in the eastern part of Istria, just a few minutes drive from the beach.
