Immersed in stunning nature, no other settlements surrounding it, Kanica provides isolation from busy everyday life, and yet it is very near attractive tourist destinations. Thanks to its particular geographic location, it has a great microclimate with lots of sunny days

and no strong winds. Crystal clear blue sea lets your imagination take you to far away beaches. This magical atmosphere can really provide relaxation and peace, and it invites you to come back. A spacious 90m2 apartment with three terraces - 50m2 in total. Two floors, easy and modern design, which gives you the sense of peace and is in harmony with the Mediterranean. The ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room, bathroom and utility room. The living room opens up to a big, sunny terrace. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and terraces overlooking the bay. 4 to 6 persons can comfortably stay in the apartment, which is only 70 meters from the beach.
