As one chapter finishes another one begins.
Today marks the last day of Simic Estate Agents, in Australia anyway.

Starting in an unknown industry and market place, every challenge has been presented upon us. And WOW it’s been fun, from becoming broke within the first 3 months, quitting 3 times in that period to just out right backing yourself with no back up plan.
2 Rookie of the year nominations within the largest Franchise group in Aus, First agent in QLD to do video marketing, Business owner at the end of year 2, Number 1 Business in Brisbane & 2nd in QLD for successive years to growing one of the largest Property Management business in Brisbane from a standing start.
