This beautiful stone house is located in the small village of Režanci in the interior part of Istria. The house was completely renovated in rustic style enriched with contemporary décor. The walls of natural stone in compliance with traditional colors ensure a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. This semi-detached house of 177m2 consists of two living- units with separate entrance making it ideal

for two families or groups of friends. Courtyard of 2,500 m2 and is designed for children and for adults who will beside the pool especially appreciate the shade of ancient trees. In the yard is also a traditional Istrian „Konoba“ (english: tavern) with a big old fireplace, which makes it an ideal place for hanging out and tasting of local food and drinks by the fire. Outside area: Swimming pool, Swing and sandpit, Barbecue, Playhouse, Badminton net, Sun loungers: 8
