Villa Tia property is on 2000m2 with a big parking, outdoor furnitures, a beautiful lawn, a barbecue fireplace and 32 m2 heated pool. The beach or a supermarket is 18 km away and the nearest market is 4 km away.

Villa Tia in Istria is the perfect destination in these uncertain times with completely private garden and pool. Our villa will be disinfected for you and we will respect all the Anti-Corona guidelines. We are also expecting the travel restrictions to be lifted very soon.

It is pleasure to present you some news in villa Tia for season 2017. There is something for everyone.
For children there is a playground with swing and slide.
For adults there is a really relaxing outdoor whirpool for 6 person with a great sunset view.
For whole family there is a covered terrace by the barbecue.
And for those who likes active vacation there is a new multifunctional fitness training station.
