🏡Welcome to Habitat Project's exciting new project in the heart of Croatia. Janja Gora is a beautiful village in Croatia surrounded by unspoilt nature and a dense forest. The area is known for its breathtaking beauty, with crystal clear rivers, deep gorges, rolling hills and lush forests stretching to the horizon. The air is fresh and pure, and the surroundings are a paradise for nature lovers and adventurers. The unique fauna and flora, as well as the variety of animals that live in the area, make it an ideal destination for hunting trips and nature explorations. - the perfect retreat for hunting enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Our project consists of 12 beautifully designed A-frame units and a main building that houses a reception hall, bar, spa and other facilities to make the comfortable and enjoyable.
Each unit comes with a ground floor that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, a dining area, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. You can also enjoy the stunning forest views from your private, spacious terrace.
The highlight of each unit is the open-plan bedroom on the gallery level. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and is perfect for a restful night's sleep after a busy day of hunting or exploring the surrounding nature.
The a-frames are an excellent investment property for generating above-average returns, but are of course also intended for owner occupation.
