we proudly announce that I&I apartments, Zagreb is offering new place to stay in Zagreb for Erasmus student. Our new apartment is located in beautiful Maksimir area, Zagreb.

For upcoming semester we are looking for 3 Erasmus students.

Close to 4 Faculties:
- 400m walking to Economics and Business, and Transport
- 350m walking to Faculty of Transport and Traffic Science
- 1.1 km walking to Faculty of Veterinary
- Agriculture and Forestry (15 min)
Tram station (direct line to city center, bus or train central station – 15 min,)

PERIOD: free from 21.09.2023. until 29.02.2024. – min. stay 5 months

PRICE PER PERSON: 450eur + utilites approx. 50 eur
Deposit for confirmation of reservation: 450 eur

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
- 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, separate tolillet and bathroom,
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove
- AC in every room
- 200m from store, pharmacy and doctor

Our French tenants Adelaide and Coraline just left the apartment.
We are glad to hear that they have enjoyed their time in Zagreb and that they find our apartment as second home during that time. It was a pleasure to meet them both.
