I rent 5 rooms in big appartment (so you share kitchen and bathroom with 4 other people/most erasmus students). Each room has a free satelite tv and free wifi. It is fully furnished... there is a washing machine in bathroom. In kitchen there are fridge, ceramic cooker, toaster, waterboiler, cofee machine, all necessary forks, knives, plates, pots, glasses, mugs etc.
Heating is gas boiler radiator system, rooms are dry and warm. All rooms and appartment are non smoking areas.
Rent is 200 euros pro person for month for stay longer than 2 months and this includes all expenses (electricity, water, tv, wifi etc). Short term stay is 20 euros per person/per night for 1-10 days, and 15 euros per person/night for 11-30 days, and 12 euros per person/night for 31-60 days

Location is top-Kvaternikov Trg (15 meters to supermarket and tram station, mc donalds, market, pharmacy in the building) Dragutina Domjanića1. Excellent choice for students who stay 1-12 months, for short term visitors, couples or group of 3-7 friends who spend weekend in Zagreb. From this location you can easily access all parts of the city. There is a underground public garage.

There is a one bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, shelves for sanitary items, heating is gas hot water boiler system. Kitchen has fridge, forks, knives, cooker, hot water/coffie/tea, microwave oven, toaster, pans, glasses, plates etc.

Room for 2 persons with 2 foldable beds with good quality firm matresses. It is possible to accomodate also 2x2 people (3-4 people or couple with 1-2 kids) for shorter stay or two people for comfortable long stay. LED TV, wifi.
