The Space
The pictures say it all. The apartment is cozy and spacious, 57m2 with two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. You will have equipped modern kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, refrigerator) and all you need for cooking, including some basic food ingredients (spices, rice, flour, oil...coffee and tea). There is also a TV and free WI-FI with good internet co
nnection. If you have a lot of baggage, worry not, a spacious closet and washing machine awaits for you. We will provide you with towels, bed linen and basic hygiene supplies. There is a balcony with beautiful park view, you can relax on the balcony bench while enjoying the park view. For your after-hours entertainment, we added local drinks and various TV programs. Parking is free in front of the building but it is not always available. If it is occupied there is paying parking available across the building at 4eur/day (24h), or 20c/h. Sat 3pm-Monday 7am is free, as well as every night between 8pm and 7am. You can always move your car to free parking places when they become available again. Interaction with Guests
We will pick you up and drop you off, answer all your questions and direct you in every possible way, but won't hang out much otherwise. With several jobs, I'm sure you'll excuse me. In the case of emergency, I can assist you within 5-10 minutes as I live and work close. The Neighborhood
Quiet residential area, beautiful park in front of the apartment, 700m to fitness gym with sauna , 950m to Sveti duh hospital, close to several supermarkets and bakery (Spar, Billa, Lidl Konzum). Short & pleasant walk to central downtown, or 10-min tramway ride (5-6 stops). Just next to the building, there is a Taxi stand. Getting Around
Tram stations behind the building; bus station in front of the building. In Zagreb, you don't need anything more. If you do, I can drop you off or pick you up wherever.
