Leasing activity in Zagreb’s office market picked up strongly in Q1 2026.

Total take-up reached 9,120 sq m, marking a clear increase compared to the same period last year. Demand remains firmly focused on prime locations, with nearly half of all transactions completed within the C*D.

From a sector perspective, activity continues to be led by consumer services and IT, pointing to a resilient, service-driven occupier base.
