The Appartement is situated in Oton Kučera Street No.62 in vicinity of „Dom Sportova“ - Sport centre where in 5-min walking distance one can find parking and amuzement in numerous caffeterias and pubs in Trakošćanska Street. The supermarket „Lidl“ is nearby, too. The bus stop is round the corner in Žajina Street – therefrom No.118 bus will take you to the town centre (the National Theatre and the

University) in app.5 minutes. The tramway No.12, to get on at the Trešnjevka Market Square stop, may be your choice for the City visit or for cris-crossing the town. The well equipped appartement, situated on the 1st floor of a three-storey house, consists of an anteroom, two bedrooms , a bathroom, a kitchen and a separate WC as folows:

Spacy entrance furnished with clothes pegs and shoe racks;

Room 1 (airconditioned) – single - French bed (cotton bedding), two bedsides with night lamps, threepart warderobe, tea table and two armchairs, TV set ( Max-Tv 100 programs), HIFI with the CD player, wireless internet;

Room 2 (fanned) –double –two separete beds (cotton bedding), chest of drawers, twopart warderobe, tea table and chairs, radio set, removable cot;

Bathroom - washbasin and closet, mirror and electric oulet ( hairdrier/electric raser), bathtub and extendable shower, laundry washer (on request), combined central heating gas boiler (running water and floor heating);

Kitchen – gas cooker and electric oven,sink h/c runnig water , dish washer, kitchen and cooking utensils, American coffee machine, cattle, dishes – china, fridge and freezer, dining table (can be used as a desk) and 4 chairs, exit to a green balcony;

Water Closet – hand-wash basin .
