Apartments Micika are located in Zvekovica, small place 3km far-away from Cavtat, as well as from Dubrovnik airport(Čilipi); 16km from the city of Dubrovnik and 18 km from Montenegro border. Apartments are available for renting during the whole year, for shorter or longer period. APARTMENT 1 - sized 35m2. It has the living room with extandable sofa for two persons, kitchen, double bedroom and showerroom. Both room and kitchen/living room have view on the old town Cavtat, sea and surrounding islands, and also on remote old city of Dubrovnik. Apartment also has a beautiful terrace excellent for having morning coffee or fine bottle of vine with a view on sunset above the old city of Dubrovnik in distance. Entrance to the terrace is possible from both bedroom and kitchen/living room. Apartment is fully equipped and also has air-condition, TV and Wi-Fi . APARTMENT 2 - sized 30m2. It has the kitchen with small dining room, double bedroom and shower room. Small dining room has view on sea and surrounding islands, and also on remote city of Dubrovnik. On the other side it has the view on Konavle hills. Can you imagine better place for your morning coffe? Probably not. Apartment is fully equipped and also has air condition, tv and Wi-Fi. Ferienwohnungen Micika
Die Ferienwohnungen Micika befinden sich im Ort Zvekovica, das ein kleiner Ort ist, der 3 Kilommeter von Cavtat und vom Flughafen ČILIPI, 16 Kilommeter von Dubrovnik und 18 Kilommeter von der montenegrinischen Grenze entfernt sind. Die Ferienwohnungen sind auch 2 Kilommeter vom Strand entfernt. Im Haus, im Dachboden, befinden sich zwei Ferienwohnungen und ein Doppelzimmer, die separate Eingänge haben. Der Bus –Linie 10 verbindet Zvekovica und Cavtat mit Dubrovnik und der Bus fährt jeden Tag von 5 Uhr morgens bis 12 Uhr abends. Im Hof steht auch Grill für alle Gäste zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat drei Parkplätze, die zu diesen Ferienwohnungen gehören. Reservation kann für kürzere und längere Zeit gemacht werden, und ist das ganze Jahr möglich. Ferienwohnung 1:
Die Gröβe ist 35m2,das Wohnzimmer enthält die erweitbare Couch für zwei Personen, die Küche, ein Doppelzimmer und das Badezimmer mit der Dusch-kabine. Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich zur Meerseite. Beide Zimmer haben den Ausgang zur Terasse mit Blick auf die Inseln und die Altstadt Dubrovnik, wo Sie Kaffee oder ein Glass Wein trinken können.
