Apartment in the center of Budapest, 38 m²
The project was completed for an investor who had purchased an old apartment in the center of Budapest. The goal was to transform the space into a modern and functional home, attractive to premium-segment tenants and buyers.
A full interior concept and a package of visualizations were developed as the foundation for the renovation. The focus was on contrasting tones, a compact kitchen, and a well-thought-out layout that maximized functionality within a limited area.
The finishes created a calm, harmonious space with a contemporary character, where color served as the first step toward a layered and expressive interior without unnecessary clutter.
After the renovation, the apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. To make the process easier for future owners, I prepared a furniture specification and visual materials to help complete the interior setup.
Just two months after the renovation was finished, the apartment was successfully sold, generating a 42% profit for the investor.
