All the flats and rooms will be available again for Spring Semester 2024, starting from either July, August or September 2024 (depending on the apartment)

Unfortunately if you see the mark *RESERVED* at the name of the album so the flat was already take,

Three rooms are still available in this 5 bedroom apartment,
4 bedrooms have a beautiful view to the Danube River and buda side,
Close to all major universities,

BME, ELTE, CORVINUS, ESSCA and many others,
Exact location: Ferenc krt 1 (9th district)
Tram line 4,6 also tram 2 M3 and M4 near by and HEV also just infront

Rooms 2,3 are 300 eur + utilities
Room 5 is facing the inner courtyard and costs 285 eur + utilities
(Discounts for longer stays :) )

Really low utilities costs aprox 10,000 in summer and like 14,000 in winter based on the consumption of current tenants that's aprox 30€ avarage.

four of the bedrooms have a pullout sofa as well in case you'll have any guests visiting.
the flat is fully equipped..

The rental price is 1,575 eur (aprox 315 eur per room) + utilities about 30 euros each during summer and in the winter about 40-50 (according to previous tenants consumption) euros but based on consumption

please look at the once marked with *Room by Room* on the album name,
otherwise the other flats are usually rented all together
unfortunately the ones marked reserved are already reserved.
