Hello Broward County!
Good news, the real estate market is normalizing, but we are still seeing lower than average inventory.📈

On the other hand, we are seeing homes starting to sell more quickly than before and the buyers are more active.💰

The Homestead Exemption is a valuable property tax benefit that can save homeowners up to $50,000 on their taxable value. The first $25,000 of this exemption applies to all taxing authorities.
