Luxury apartment, in the center of budapest close to the main attractions of the city. Metro is 150meter away from the apartment.

4 bedrooms and two bathrooms recently renovated. Best Restaurants bars and night clubs are 5 minutes away. Family luxury flat, perfect for a big family or a group of friend. the 4 different bedroom are offering private space to all the people in the apartment and the h

uge livingroom (40m2) offer a perfect place to enjoy a nice diner or a party. the whole apartment is for the guest, owner are not leaving there. An apartment manager is available if the guest have any problem / question during the stay

the best restaurant and bar are few meters away. The well known Ruins bar are 300meter away !! meanwhile the street is quiet during day and night but in the heart of the historic budapest. Metro and 24/24 Tramway are 50meter away. We also have a private chauffeur available (less expensive than the local taxi). the whole apartment is for the guest, owner are leaving there. The worldwide know Ruins bar are 300meter away !!

As an apartment owner living abroad i am looking for an hungarian speeking person who can manage on short notice :

1) water contract And billing associated (our current contract have some issues)
2) contact the house manager and make sure our fees and contract for the building are ok

3) find any way to simplify the apartment management

4) end a contract with a rental agency

Those mission needs to be done for 3 apartments downtown budapest as soon as possible.

Payment : 3000ft per hour + transport cost + 30000ft bonus on successfully cleaning the situation.

Payment : every week and bonus based on results

Start date : as soon as possible
Due date : if possible before end of october

I am looking for an Hungarian and english or french speaking person to help me with my apartment contract :
- Change internet contract
- manage electricity / gas contract and help me settle automatic payment for them
- have the gas company check the boiler

The work should be done in september / october (Anytime / anyday) is fine for me.
So anyone with free times can do it ;).
I will pay 3000ft per hour for the service.
