The price is 800 Euro / night, minimum stay are 2 nights. Deposit is required of 500 Euro which is refundable after check out.

I am selling my lovely flat in the heart of Budapest, Corvin negyed, only a minute walk away from Corvin shopping Centre, and less than a minute walk from undergrand and tram stations. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building with elevator, also the building got a new entrance fob system last year, therefore is very safe. The interior was refurbished and painted last year, the entire building is in a really great condition. The apartment also comes with a small storage area located in the lower ground floor.
The common cost is 20000 HUF / month which is including the water bill, cleaning of the building, garbage collection and the heating costs. The only extra cost is the electricity in the apartment.
