On this Fb site we list studentapartments, usually the ones which are available for booking even in some months advance to the start of the semester.

Here are 2,3 (and some 1 and 4) bedroom apartments, optimized for students: equiped, furnished, and very centrally located. In September mainly we offer apartments for at least 12 months stay, so there are just some flats which are available for 1 semester. Bright 3 bedrooms (studentrooms) + 3 bathrooms apt in the centre, close to Nyugati Square and Octogon Square.
Public transport: underground line 2 (blue), tram line 4-6, several trolley line.
Good access to Semmelweis Uni, Veterinary Uni, ELTE Psychology, McDaniel..

Layout: lounge room (10 m2 room with sofa and tv), full-function kitchen with dining table, 3 bedrooms (each is bright, with double bed, desk and wardrobe), 3 bathrooms (each with shower), and a separate guest toilet.

3. 6th district by Nyugati Square, 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + kitchen with dining, tv room, 830 euro/m + utils.

On the top floor of a classical building a 2 bedroom quiet, sunny apartment for rent.

Since the apartment is above the Pest skyline it offer amazing views.

Layout: modern kitchen furniture, modern bathroom with large shower, living room with sofa and long dining table, and 2 bedrooms (they not near each other).
1st floor of 3 and faces to yard, the apartment is not bright.

Compared to an average 2 bedroom apartment the utility costs are low:
- fix cost is 21.000 huf/month includes common charge of the building, water, and wifi.
- variable (depends on usage) costs are: gas, electricity.
