location of the flat is in kozraktar utca (near tram 4 and 6)
small room cost 200 euro and the big room cost 250 euro per month if you stay 5 months
if you want to rent it for 4 months its also possible, then the rent is a bit higher..
* biggest room with private bathroom cost 300!
Each room have a double bed and a sofa bed, closet, study desk
living room is very big,and comfortable, so the apartment is good for people who like to socialize with other students 🙂
