Party district starts also in 5 minutes walk..... and still peaceful, very quiet location.
Nice neighbours, silence in the flat.

One important info you need to know: the building is under construction, renovation. The previous lessee was happily working in home office and was not disturbed in her work. You have to know that the nice green yard is currently a construction mess. That's why I decided to rent out the flat in this lower price.
