Both options have their advantages and can be the right choice depending on the project and the site’s conditions. However, if the geological conditions allow for either type of foundation, DOM X recommends a monolithic slab.

Because it speeds up construction, reduces the number of construction stages, distributes loads evenly, and ensures consistent quality on every project.
