In designing the apartment, the owners focused on quality, with comfort offered by wooden floors, quality furniture and materials, and a Finnish sauna in the bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with wall cooling and heating systems for perfect thermal comfort all year round. Wall cooling keeps the apartment cool even in the hottest weather, while it does not blow cold air into the rooms unlike air conditioners, so cooling is draught and noise-free, and dust and bacteria circulation is negligible. In the winter months, wall heating is complemented by underfloor heating for maximum comfort.
But the list doesn’t end there: adults and children looking for fun can enjoy a 4K TV and Apple TV, a badminton court, parking, a huge green garden, two playgrounds, and an adult and children’s pool heated to 28°C from May to late September.
The luxury complex has a free beach outside the gates, a playground and an indoor football pitch for kids, and the Calypso Restaurant for culinary delights. You can safely lock up your car for a few days, as everything you need for a carefree holiday is just a few steps away.
