Hi, I’m Vania 👋 — Founder of Real Aesthete Bali, a locally owned real estate agency helping people find their dream homes and investments in Bali.

My journey in real estate started back in 2019, before I even graduated from my psychology degree. What began as a job opportunity turned into a true calling — connecting people with spaces that inspire and feel like home.

6 years later, I’ve helped hundreds of clients buy, rent, and design villas across Bali — and built a company that represents something deeply meaningful: a fully local voice in Bali’s real estate industry.
