- Under PP 28/2025, OSS system now has a countdown clock for permit approval.
- You can no longer use one company to both own & operate a villa
- Per March 31, booking.com or AirBnB are mandated to display your SLF to rent out your villa.
- a Landmark moratorium is active through 2026 on new hotels, villas and club in Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur Eras.
- All PT PMA entities must migrate to the new KBLI 2025 code.
