Indonesia has very clear laws for foreign investors.

--> You don't need to hide.
--> You don't need risky loopholes.

You just need to choose the right structure based on your goal:

1- For Business & Daily Rentals: Use a PT PMA (Foreign Company). You get the "Right to Build" (HGB).

2- For Personal Living: Use your individual name. You get the "Right to Use" (Hak Pakai).

Both are fully legal.
Both are secure.
Both put your name on the certificate.

Stop playing games with your capital.
Buy with clear rules.
