THE VILLA :
Entirely built in coconut wood on 140 m2 of living space.
On the ground floor: living room covered terrace-deck with view of the rice fields, dining area, laptop table, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (sink, electric hob, oven, refrigerator, small appliances, cooking equipment, glassware, crockery and cutlery for 6 people +…), master bedroom with queen-size bed) and air conditioning, bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs: large attic bedroom 30 m2 with a queen-size bed and two single beds, sink and toilet.
All furnished and decorated in the Indonesian-Balinese style. Bed and bathroom linen provided. Wi-Fi throughout the villa and outside. Several fans. Hot water. On a plot of two acres enclosed by walls.
Possibility of renting an adjacent virgin land of 1.5 are: + 2 000 000 IDR.
THE SITUATION :

In Petak, 10 minutes from Gianyar (all shops), 20 minutes from Ubud (cultural and traditional Bali, several supermarkets with imported products), 1 hour from Denpasar (immigration, several hypermarkets), 1 hour 30 minutes from the airport (45 km).
Ideal location for visiting Bali on tours of one or more days to the four cardinal points and the island's tourist spots, to enjoy the Balinese art of living, to scout and prospect with a view to expatriation.
To see nearby: numerous temples, the sites of Goa Gajah, Gunung Kawi and the big banyan tree of Petak. To refresh yourself: the sacred springs of Tirta Empul and magnificent waterfalls. The best place in Bali to cycle through rice fields and traditional villages.
TRANSPORT: Public minibuses (random) allow you to reach Gianyar and Ubud. It is recommended to have a car or scooter (rental and taxi options nearby).
Tarmac access road. Car and scooter parking.
SECURITY:
No immediate neighbors, tranquility but the villa is not completely isolated and Balinese neighbors can be contacted if necessary. We can be reached by email during our absences.
THE HOSTS :
Suri (52 years old) is Indonesian, Alain (73 years old) is French and retired expatriate in Bali. We have been visiting Bali since 2010. It has been a real pleasure to live in our house since 2015.
We know the island and Indonesia in general well and can answer any questions you have about the country. We speak English. Suri also speaks Malayu, Hokkien, Tio-ciu and some Mandarin.

Paiement global pour la période de location à la réservation. Pas de paiement mensuel.
Eau, électricité, internet compris pour le premier mois pour faciliter l`installation. Caution 6 000 000 IDR.

LA VILLA :
Entièrement construite en bois de cocotier sur 140 m2 habitables.
Au rez de chaussée : séjour terrasse-deck couvert avec vue sur les rizières, coin repas, table pour laptop, cuisine entièrement aménagée et équipée (évier, plaque de cuisson électrique, four, réfrigérateur, petit électroménager, matériel de cuisson, verrerie, vaisselle et couverts pour 6 personnes +…), chambre parentale avec lit queen-size) et air conditionne, salle de bain avec do**he italienne, toilettes séparées, buanderie avec lave-linge.
A l`étage : grande chambre mansardée 30 m2 avec un lit queen-size et deux lits une personne, air conditionne, lavabo et wc.
Le tout meublé et décoré dans le style indonésien-balinais. Linge de lit et de toilette fournis. Wi-Fi dans toute la villa et à l`extérieur. Plusieurs ventilateurs. Eau chaude. Sur un terrain de deux ares clos de murs.

A Petak, a 10 mn de Gianyar (tous commerces), a 20 mn d`Ubud (le Bali culturel et traditionnel, plusieurs supermarchés produits importés), à 1 heure de Denpasar (immigration, plusieurs hypermarchés), à 1 h 30 mn de l`aéroport (45 km).
Situation idéale pour visiter Bali en circuits de un ou plusieurs jours vers les quatre point cardinaux et les spots touristiques de l`ile, pour profiter de l`art de vivre à la balinaise, pour reperer et prospecter en vue d`une expatriation.
A voir à proximité : de nombreux temples, les sites de Goa Gajah, Gunung Kawi et le grand banian de Petak. Pour se rafraichir : les sources sacrées de Tirta Empul et de magnifiques cascades. Le meilleur endroit de Bali pour se balader à vélo à travers rizières et villages traditionnels.
LES TRANSPORTS: Des minibus publics (aléatoires) permettent de gagner Gianyar et Ubud. Il est recommandé d`avoir une voiture ou un scooter (possibilités de locations et de taxi à proximité).
Route d`acces goudronee. Parking voiture et scooter.
LA SECURITE:
Pas de voisins immédiats, tranquillité mais la villa n`est pas cependant complètement isolée et des voisins balinais peuvent etre sollicités en cas de besoin. Nous sommes joignables par email pendant nos absences.
LES HOTES :
Suri (50 ans) est indonésienne, Alain (72 ans) est français et retraité expatrie à Bali. Nous fréquentons Bali depuis 2010. C`est un vrai bonheur de vivre dans notre maison depuis 2015.
Nous connaissons bien l`ile et l`Indonésie en général et pourrons répondre aux questions que vous vous posez sur le pays. Nous parlons anglais. Suri parle également malayu, hokkien, tio-ciu et un peu le mandarin.
