Pada 27 Agustus 2026, DPD REI DKI Jakarta menggelar Rapat Kerja Daerah (RAKERDA) REI DKI Jakarta 2026 dengan tema “Sinergi Pengembang dan Pemerintah dalam Mempercepat Penyerapan Hunian Layak, Terjangkau, dan Berkelanjutan bagi Warga Jakarta.”

Pada kesempatan tersebut, DPD REI DKI Jakarta dan PT Colliers International Indonesia menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman terkait kerja sama riset pasar properti pada segmen rumah tapak.
