In our Bali projects, we prioritise natural materials. Why? Because true quality always starts with nature. At the “Twins” villa, we used ironwood, teakwood, marble, aluminium, and steel. These materials are not only durable but also bring a unique character to the space.

Unlike “luxury” villas with plastic wood-look decor and MDF furniture, natural materials create an atmosphere that feels authentic. Plastic and cheap wood lose their appeal within a few years, while teak, marble, and ironwood only become more beautiful over time, gaining a timeless patina.

The “Twins” villa is a blend of nature and minimalism. There’s no room for compromises here: stone walls, wooden terraces, glass blocks for light and space, and a pool perfectly integrated into the lush tropical surroundings. This is a home that inspires without needing “fake” details to look luxurious.

True luxury lies in simplicity and respect for materials crafted by nature.

С гордостью представляем вам один из наших последних проектов The Twins, который олицетворяет все наши ценности и взгляды на создание уникальных и вдохновляющих мест для жизни. На этих фотографии вы сможете оценить вид из гостиной нашего проекта, где высится наш восхитительный бассейн, роскошная терраса и привлекательная зона отдыха.

Расположенный на вершине холма, наш бассейн дарит невероятные панорамные виды на местные джунгли и захватывающие закаты. Мы хотели создать место, где каждый житель будет наслаждаться окружающей природой и чувствовать гармонию с окружающей средой.

Одним из уникальных аспектов этого проекта является отсутствие ограждения вокруг бассейна. Мы стремились сохранить естественность и свободу взгляда, чтобы каждый мог полностью насладиться прекрасными видами, которые окружают нас. Однако, для обеспечения безопасности, мы посвятили четыре месяца тщательным работам по возведению подпорной стены. Высота этой конструкции составляет восемь метров, а фундамент глубиной два метра.

Мы стремимся создавать места, которые не только впечатляют своим дизайном, но и обеспечивают высочайший уровень комфорта и безопасности для наших клиентов. Мы глубоко ценим их доверие, и строительство этой подпорной стены - лишь один из примеров нашего стремления к высоким стандартам.
