April marked a month of confident progress for TEUS Group’s Bali project.

🔸Construction at AMANI Melasti continues to advance actively across multiple sections, with the project now moving forward at a stable and well-structured pace.

Current construction status:

⚡️ Section 1: installation of the second-floor slab is in progress.
⚡️ Section 2: the second-floor slab and waterproofing of the technical level have been fully completed.
⚡️ Section 3: the third-floor slab and first-level waterproofing have been completed. Concrete works for the vertical structures of the third floor are currently underway.

The project is progressing confidently across several sections simultaneously, step by step shaping a new standard of oceanfront living.

In the next update, we’ll be sharing even more visible progress from the site.

AMANI Melasti — March 2026 Update ✔️

March in Bali coincides with Ramadan, which means a temporary slowdown in construction. This is a standard practice and is factored into the project timeline.

As of April 4, the site has fully resumed normal operations.

Current progress:

🔹 Section 1: installation of the second-floor slab is planned.

🔹 Section 2: construction of first-floor vertical structures, installation of the second-floor slab, and horizontal waterproofing at the technical level.

🔹 Section 3: installation of the third-floor slab, construction of third-floor vertical structures, and horizontal waterproofing on the first floor.

More momentum ahead.
