Hi All,

Ballyroan Community Development Association are running a number of fundraisers over the coming months to help develop or playground/recreational facilities on the old boys school site. One of the main fundraisers is Ballyroan Goes to Hollywood. This consists of over 100 willing volunteers participating in 7 films which are edited down to 10 mins and shown at an event in the Manor hotel this November. It promises to be an exciting night with loads of craic, prizes and laughing guaranteed! Each film group is tasked with raising sponsorship and donations which will all be put towards this worthwhile cause. Its fantastic to see such a huge effort being put in by our dedicated committees and volunteers. All we need now is your support. I am participating in the film A few Good men! For all you first time voters and those of you who may need a refresh (!!) here's a useful guide I put together on how to vote in the local elections on June 7th.
