It’s Always About People ❤️

Last weekend in Galway, I was absolutely thrilled to be awarded Highly Commended in the Networker of the Year 2026 category at the Network Ireland National Businesswoman of the Year Awards. 🏆

Networking has always been a big part of my role as an estate agent. For me, it’s about meeting people, hearing their stories, learning from them and building genuine relationships.

And really, that’s exactly how I approach my work every day as an estate agent and as part of our family business, DNG Galvin.

For us, it has always been about personal service, building relationships and really getting to know our clients.

Yes, we sell houses, but behind every property is a person, a family and a story. Whether someone is buying their first home, moving on to their next chapter or selling a home filled with years of memories, we’re dealing with people at some of the most important moments in their lives.

That’s why we’ve always believed in being there for our clients, not just during the sale, but throughout the whole journey.

It’s also the thinking behind our DNG Galvin Property Clinic. Selling a property can involve so much more than putting a house on the market, so we wanted to connect our clients with trusted people who can help along the way — whether that’s a solicitor, home stager, painter or another professional.

For me, it all comes back to people, relationships and making the journey a little easier.

So to be recognised at a national level, among 500 amazing women was incredibly special. ❤️

And when my name was announced, I immediately thought of my late Dad. ❤️

Dad started our family business all those years ago and was the greatest mentor I ever had, both personally and professionally.

I just wished he could have been there to see it.
