A treasured photo of Michael Galbraith at his drawing table beside a new photo of his grandson Elliot - the third generation of the Galbraith family beginning a career in architecture.

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and learning alongside his godmother Breege this summer, Elliot has just completed his first year of architectural studies and has joined the office for the summer.

It’s a proud and emotional moment for our family and practice to see a passion for architecture continue through another generation.

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Accounts & Office Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts & payroll (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations)
• Supplier payments & financial records
• Front of house / reception duties
• General office admin & daily operations
• Managing diaries, appointments & project files
• Timesheets & team support
• Social media updates
• Office supplies & stock management
• Liaising with team, clients & external partners
Essential Criteria:
• 3+ years’ experience and qualification in accounts, bookkeeping & payroll
• 3+ years’ experience in a busy admin/reception role
• Strong organisational & multitasking skills
• Excellent communication & attention to detail
• Proficient in Bright Books, MS Office & SharePoint
• Proactive, team-focused with ability to work independently
