Today marks 20 years since my first day working in property 🎉

I began at just 20 years old, at the height of the Celtic Tiger era, stepping into an industry that was largely male-dominated and often felt overwhelming. When the boom gave way to collapse, I worked through recession, recovery, and the challenges of Covid, navigating every cycle the market could throw at us.

There were times I felt out of my depth, but those moments shaped my resilience and confidence.

Looking back, I’m proud not only of the journey, but of how the industry is evolving—seeing more and more women in property today feels like real progress.

Twenty years on, I’m grateful for every challenge, confident in the path I’ve built, and excited for what the next chapter will bring.
