🎃👻 HALLOWEEN COLOURING COMPETITION 👻🎃

Calling all little artists! 🎨

We're getting into the Halloween spirit here at Sherry FitzGerald Hanley, and we'd love you to join in the fun!

We're asking all National School children to take part in our Halloween Colouring Competititon, with prizes to be won! 🎁

Here's how to enter:

🎨 Call into our Claremorris or Swinford office and pick up a colouring sheet. (Alternatively, you can save the colouring sheet from this post, print it out & return it to our office!)

🖍 Take it home, get creative, and colour it in however you like!

✏ Make sure to include your name, class and a parent/guardian's contact number on the back.

🏠 Return your finished masterpiece to us by Wednesday, 28th October.

All enteries will be displayed on our office windows.

🏆 Winners will be chosen on Friday, 30th October. Each winner will receive a €20 Smyths voucher.

We can't wait to see all your spooky creations! 👻 🖍

🏆 €10,000 FOR ONE VERY SPECIAL JERSEY! 🏆

What a moment from Saturday night!

The signed jersey of Mayo’s 2026 All-Ireland winning team went under the hammer and, after some incredible bidding, eventually sold for an amazing €10,000! 👏

And the generosity didn’t stop there…

The auction alone raised a phenomenal €34,000 for Mayo Roscommon Hospice and the Oncology Department at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar. 👏

And that’s not even the final figure. Once the raffle, donations and other contributions are added, we should have the overall total later this week — and we’re told it will be considerably higher.

But behind the figures is the reason this fundraiser came about.

The night was organised by the Warde family, who wanted to give something back following the incredible care and support their family received last year when they sadly lost their sister Natasha and their father Greg.

As an in-law, I was privileged to play my own small part on the night for two very special causes that have meant so much to the family.

A massive thank you to everyone who donated items, bid so generously, bought raffle tickets, made donations and helped make the night such a success. The generosity shown was incredible.

€34,000 at auction alone… with the final total still to come. ✨
