Heritage Week is here! 🏰🌿
From hidden histories and ancient landscapes to traditional music, historic buildings and stories waiting to be rediscovered, National Heritage Week returns to Tipperary from 15–23 August 2026.
Here are a few special events to add to your plans:
🏛️ The Cashel Palace Experience | Cashel
17, 19 & 21 August
Step inside the story of the former Archbishop’s Palace on a complimentary guided experience exploring the history, architecture, gardens and traditions of Cashel Palace.
🥾 “Slow Journeys” – Pilgrim Walking in Ireland & Spain | Cabragh Wetlands

An evening exploring the heritage and experience of pilgrim walking — from Ireland’s ancient routes to the Camino de Santiago.
